Our Policies

Cancellation Policy

For reservations booked under Standard Rates, we require at least five (5) days’ notice prior to the scheduled check-in time (before 3:00 PM) to avoid a cancellation fee equal to the full amount of the stay. This policy also applies to any modifications made to the reservation, including changes to arrival or departure dates, or the total number of nights reserved.

The cancellation policy does not apply to Non-Refundable or Special Promotion Rates. These bookings are final and cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded under any circumstances. Additionally, no refunds will be provided for early departures or for events beyond the hotel's control, including but not limited to inclement weather or travel disruptions.  
 

Check-In/Check-Out Times 

Check-in is available after 4pm, and check-out is at 11am. For late arrivals or special accommodations, feel welcome to contact us directly. Please note that each reservation is subject to a $20.00 resort fee charged per day of your reservation.

Check-In Minimum Age

Guests must be 21 years or older to check in at The Beverley Beach House, unless prohibited by applicable laws.

Parking 

Each reservation is entitled to one (1) parking space during your stay. License plate and car details must be provided at time of check in. 

Accessibility 

The Beverley Beach House features several rooms on our first floor with accessible features. Due to the historic nature of our property, these rooms are not fully ADA compliant. Room Occupancies & Additional Persons

Only guests registered are allowed to stay in the room, and there will be a fee for any additional guests added. All members of your group must be 21+ unless accompanied by a parent, guardian, or family member. 

Pets & Service Animals

While we welcome service animals, unfortunately, pets (including emotional support animals) are not permitted at our hotel. We are happy to recommend nearby kennels for use during your stay.

Housekeeping

We offer a daily housekeeping service of your room. Should you be in need of anything specific during your stay with us, please feel welcome to text or let one of our Guest Experience team members know.

Alcohol Policy

Guests must be 21 years of age or older to consume alcohol. As our common spaces are used by all guests, we ask everyone to drink responsibly and be considerate of others around them.

The Beverley Beach House is a Non-Smoking Hotel

The Beverley Beach House is 100% smoke, vape, and flame-free. A $250 cleaning surcharge will be imposed on any room where guests have burned candles, smoked (including e-cigarettes), or vaped in their room or anywhere on property.

Firearms Policy

At our hotel, we prioritize the safety and comfort of our guests and staff. To ensure everyone's well-being, we have a policy regarding firearms on our premises. We understand that guests may have valid reasons for possessing firearms, so our policy aims to balance safety and respect for legal rights. For the safety of all, we do not permit the open carry of firearms on our property, regardless of local laws.

While we respect the rights of guests who are legally allowed to have firearms, we require them to follow specific guidelines:

  • Firearms must be securely stored in a locked, hard-sided container provided by the guest while on our property.
  • When not in use, firearms should be safely stored in the guest's room or vehicle.
  • Failure to comply may result in being asked to leave the hotel.

This policy applies to all guests, except for on-duty law enforcement and military personnel.  For any inquiries about this policy, feel free to contact us.  We're here to ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for everyone.

Guest Responsibility

Guests are expected to treat The Beverley Beach House and its property with care and respect. While we understand that accidents can happen, any damages resulting from negligence, misuse, or intentional acts will be the financial responsibility of the registered guest.

  • Throwing any objects from balconies is strictly prohibited. This violation will result in immediate removal from the property and a $200 fine. No refunds will be issued in such cases.  
     
  • The property is privately owned, and management reserves the right to refuse service to any guest.  
     
  • The hotel is not responsible for personal injuries, accidents, or the loss of money, jewelry, or other valuables during your stay.  
     
  • By completing your reservation, you acknowledge that you accept full responsibility for any loss or damage to the room, property, or its contents caused by you or your party.  
     
  • $150 security deposit pre-authorization will be placed on your credit or debit card at check-in. This deposit may be applied to damages, deep cleaning fees, or violation penalties if applicable.
