Our Policies
Deposit
For stays of any length, a deposit of 50% of the total charges is due at the time of booking. Payment can be made via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, or Discover. We will send confirmation of your reservation upon receipt of your deposit.
Cancellation Policy
Effective May 20, 2025, for any reservation cancellation, we must receive notice of cancellation 72 hours prior to check-in. If any cancellation is made within your assigned cancellation policy for your stay, regardless of the reason, you will be charged 100% of your reservation (though you are always welcome to send a friend or family member in your place).
Any change-of-dates requests (including shortening a reservation) must be made outside of your cancellation policy requirements. Subject to availability and minimum stay restrictions. Once within your cancellation policy reservations are non-refundable and no changes can be made to the reservation.
For group room blocks of four rooms or more, please refer to the group contract for the applicable cancellation policy.
Check-in/Check-out times
Check-in is available after 4 pm, and check-out is at 11 am. For late arrivals or special accommodations, please contact the guest experience team on site.
Accessibility
Our property offers two (2) fully accessible 2-bedroom condo suites, available for booking online or by phone. Please see the accessibility page of our website to learn more.
Additional Persons
Our Marco Island hotel rooms can accommodate a maximum of six (6) guests. Rates are based on an occupancy of up to six (6) total persons.
Pets & Service Animals
While we welcome service animals, unfortunately pets (including emotional support animals) are not permitted at our hotel. We are happy to recommend nearby kennels for use during your stay.
Cleaning Fee
Because of the size and scale of our 2-bedroom suites, a one-time $105 cleaning surcharge will be assessed for each reservation.
We are a Non-Smoking Hotel
Olde Marco Inn is 100% smoke, vape, and flame-free. A $250 cleaning surcharge will be imposed on any room where guests have burned candles, smoked (including e-cigarettes), or vaped in their room or anywhere on property.
Alcohol Policy
Whether or not we sell alcohol on the premises, guests must be 21 years of age or older to consume alcohol. As our common spaces are used by all guests, we ask everyone to drink responsibly and be considerate of others around them.
Guest Responsibility
While accidents do happen, guests will be financially responsible for damages due to gross negligence.
