Our Policies
DEPOSIT
For stays of any length, a full deposit will be taken within 7 days from your reserved check-in-date (this excludes any prepaid rates). Payment can be made via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, or Discover. We will send confirmation of your reservation upon receipt of your deposit.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservations booked may be cancelled or modified up to 7 days prior to arrival for a full refund of the total booking amount.
Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will incur a 100% charge of the room rate, while any additional products or add-ons will be fully refunded.
For group room blocks of four rooms or more, please refer to the group contract for the applicable cancellation policy.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIMES
Check-in begins at 4:00pm. Check-out is at 11:00am.

PETS & SERVICE ANIMALS
Service animals are always welcome. We are pet-friendly and welcome dogs. Please note that only dogs are permitted, and specific room types and guidelines apply.
Dog policies:
- Dogs are the only pets allowed and must never be left unattended in guest rooms.
- Dogs are permitted only in exterior common areas and must remain on a leash at all times.
- Dogs are not allowed in any interior public spaces.
- As a condition of booking, guests agree to a $250 fee if pets are found in non-designated rooms or if any pet causes stains or damage in a designated pet-friendly room.
SMOKING & COOKING
Queen Anne Inn is a 100% smoke, vape, and flame-free property. Cooking and cooking devices of any type (hot plates, slow cookers, grills, etc.) are strictly prohibited in all guest rooms. A $250 cleaning surcharge will be imposed on any room where guests have burned candles, smoked (including e-cigarettes), vaped, or cooked in their rooms, on balconies/patios, or anywhere on property.
ALCOHOL POLICY
Guests must be 21 years of age or older to consume alcohol. As our common spaces are used by all guests, we ask everyone to drink responsibly and be considerate of others around them.
GUEST RESPONSIBILITY
While accidents do happen, guests will be financially responsible for damages due to gross negligence.
